Due to the sustained and increasing growth of the photovoltaic market and strong demand for its products, BSE aims to expand its capacity considerably and to continue to grow in the coming years. BSEs Board of Directors policy decision to increase the photovoltaic cell production capacity. The production capacity is expected to expand from 25 MWp per year in 2008 to 200 MWp per year in 2011. BSE also aims to play a significant role in the economic use of solar energy by substantially increasing the production of solar cells and by establishing strategic partnerships with other companies in the solar value chain in order to lower the overall cost of solar energy.
